John Smedley, the former CEO of Sony Online Entertainment and current CEO of Daybreak, has a small bone to pick with Julius "zeekill" Kivimaki. Kivimaki was found guilty of over 50,000 charges the other day, all of which amounted to a couple of years probation in the Finnish courts. The thing is, Kivimaki isn't really out of the woods just yet. He still has criminal cases against him awaiting judgment.

John Smedley has a personal bone to pick with the Lizard Squad member that helped to bring down PSN and Xbox Live last year. Smedley's plane was grounded back in August 2014 after threats were made from Lizard Squad. To put it mildly, Smedley is pissed and is pushing hard for a punishment that he finds suitable for the crimes committed.
