Between last month's news that the six month subscription plan was removed for Elder Scrolls Online and today's news, the signs pointing to a "free-to-play" announcement are becoming more and more apparent. Today, EB Games was ordered to start pulling all of their remaining copies of Elder Scrolls Online from store shelves. This also includes all remaining pre-paid subscription cards for the game.
All copies must be removed by January 13 and be shipped back to the publisher.
It's almost as if you can anticipate that the next news piece about ESO will be the one that says "Elder Scrolls Online Going Free-to-Play."
