The release of Alone in the Dark: Illumination is rapidly approaching so it should come as no surprise that the media for the game is starting to ramp up.
It should be noted that fans of the older games in the series may be a bit disappointed in what was shown off here. That's also not to mention how you can play the game with up to four people at a time.

Game's not even out and I'm already sick of hearing the Force Lightning. Also, isn't she cold dressed like that? I mean, even Aline Cedrac dressed slightly more appropriately for the occasion. Only slightly though. Also, I miss Emily Hartwood. She was a cool character to play as, because she faces paranormal evil with such a derpy face. As for this game? I'll let the reviewers test the water for me before I put anymore faith into Alone In The Dark (care to write about it when they offer a review copy Zips?).
Honestly Alan Wake was closer to being an Alone In The Dark game, than the Alone In The Dark reboot. Fire physics were cool in AITD though. Got to give credit for the amount of focus and work put into that.
I don't know if they'll offer a review copy but if it's on Steam I may play it, I may review it. It really depends on when exactly it comes out and if I'm not too busy. I already have some review plans for the next couple of weeks as it is.
Fair enough. This trailer doesn't give me a good first impression, and the reboot/movies made me lose faith in the franchise. So I'll get excited when reviewers I trust give me the green light.

DOOM: The Dark Ages will arrive next week, which means it's time for the official launch trailer to drop. DOOM: The Dark Ages is out on Tuesday for those that purchase the Premium Edition can play on Tuesday, May 13. Those that get the regular edition can play on Mary 15th. Thanks to a single global release time, those in the Americas will get to play starting on May 12th at 8PM for Premium and on May 14th at 8PM for regular....

The Alone in the Dark reboot was just released today and it seems like the reviews have placed it firmly in the realm of being merely ok but with some serious shortcomings. This release from Pieces Interactive and THQ Nordic currently sits at a 62% critical average on OpenCritic, with only 42% of reviewers recommending this new release.
Interestingly, the actual scores for this game range everywhere...

Dragon's Dogma 2 is expected to be released on March 22 but the reviews have already started to pour in. The reviews have been extremely favorable for Dragon's Dogma 2 so far, with most outlets saying that this sequel improves upon the original.
