I know Cena does a ton of work with the Make-a-Wish Foundation outside of the ring. I believe at last check he's fulfilled over 400 Make-a-Wish requests, and this was back in February. In fact, I have heard far more about that then anything he's actually done inside the ring. He seems like a great choice for the cover just for that reason alone.
