Yes, the game itself is not included in this offer. Instead, Bethesda will ship you this special edition and still allow you to pick up your game from your local retailer at your leisure. So, it will be $100 for this plus another $60 for the game upon release. The good thing about this is that this allows for a worldwide distribution of the special edition without issue.
