  Larian Studios made a surprise drop during The Game Awards this past week. The long-awaited Xbox Series X|S release of Baldur's Gate 3 came out late last week. This release includes all of the content, fixes, and adjustments made for the game on the other versions on PC and PlayStation 5.

  During The Game Awards, Capcom announced a new Monster Hunter game is in development at the studio. Called Monster Hunter Wilds, this title is aiming for a 2025 release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

  First Final Fantasy 16 DLC 'Echoes of the Fallen' is Out Now

  Technically, it dropped during The Game Awards.
  
  The first paid DLC for Final Fantasy 16 made a little sneaky drop late on Thursday this past week. The DLC is called "Echoes of the Fallen" and it is the first of two new DLC reveals that Square Enix showed off during The Game Awards. The second DLC, "The Rising Tide," will be out in Spring 2024.
