The Internet has been hard at work trying to solve the mystery of the Phantom Operative assignment for Battlefield 4. The fourth part of the Phantom Program was unlike any other previous step as each of those simply required you to enter in a password on a hidden terminal within Battlelog. This one requires you to find four hidden dogtags in each of the four new maps from the Final Stand DLC.

From there, it was simply a matter of cracking the code to gain access to the sealed off room that the Phantom Bow was locked away in. After a few days of research, the Internet has found that code. It comes from various objects hidden in each of the four new maps, all of which had a morse code associated with them. The code, when combined, provides the access code needed to remove the barrier and gain entry to the new bow weapon.
  1. You will need to have the Final Stand DLC
  2. Each map has a hidden dog tag that spawns in a small silver box randomly about ten minutes into a round. These boxes can be found randomly at some of the locations indicated in these images: https://imgur.com/a/sX93D These are the images I and my buddies used to find three out of the four dogtags so far. It requires quite a bit of time and some good luck. If a box does not appear in a location, cycle through to the next locations quickly and keep making a loop until you luck out. This is more easily accomplished working with others so that the searching can be split up amongst yourselves.
  3. Once found, the dog tag and the box disappears. That means that only ONE person can pick up the dog tag! It is not clear if the box respawns after ten more minutes of game time. However, you only need ONE unique dog tag per person to continue. That means that if you already have a dog tag from one of the maps, let your buddies pick up the dog tags on the other maps. This is because you need at a minimum of four people for the next step, one with each of the dog tags from the maps. Pictured below is the tag from the Hangar 21 map:
  4. Once every person has a different dog tag equipped from each of the four Final Stand maps, it's time to head into Hangar 21.
  5. Inside the hanger itself, the ones with points A and B, there is an elevator on the ground floor in the very far back, right corner of the room. Have each person go into this elevator one at a time. The first person will automatically trigger the lights to flicker on. Elevator location is pictured below:
  6. Once all four people are in the elevator, hit the button to close the doors and begin your trip.
  7. The doors will open and before you will be a barrier blocking your path forward with a keypad to the right.
  8. Enter into the keypad the following code: 1290 429 397648 970
  9. The barrier will disappear and you are then free to pick up your new bow.
  10. To leave, simply hop back into the elevator and ride it back up.
