  • New PlayStation State of Play Rumored for Week of Valentine's Day

Time to speculate about what Sony will show.
Twitter exchange that suggests a new PlayStation State of Play will be held some time during the week of Valentine's Day, anywhere from February 10th to the 14th.

The games industry leaker known as NateTheHate recently teased an upcoming PlayStation State of Play. This new State of Play will allegedly be held at any point during Valentine's Day week, which obviously runs from Monday, February 10 through Friday, February 14.

Naturally, Sony hasn't announced any State of Play yet for that week. So as is the case with all rumors and leaks, best to take this one with a grain of salt.

There are a handful of possibilities on the titles Sony could end up showing at this event. We could end up seeing a fresh look at Insomniac's work on Marvel's Wolverine. It's been a hot minute since we last saw anything official about this game. We may get a new look at Ghost of Yotei, the sequel to Sucker Punch's Ghost of Tsushima. A new trailer for Death Stranding 2 is also a very real possibility, as is fresh looks at Fairgames from Haven Studios, and Bungie's PvP extraction shooter Marathon. It's also possible that another trailer for Naughty Dog's Intergalactic will be shown, but it may still be too soon after its initial reveal for another trailer just yet.
