The first Episode for Fallen Aces will be out before you know it on Friday, June 14. This first Episode includes five levels "with lots of replayability, a ton of weapons and ways to play em and fully hand drawn and voice acted comic book style cutscenes." In total, there will be three Episodes for Fallen Aces released, but release dates on those next two Episodes were not yet shared.
In the wait for the next two Episodes, the developers (Trey Powell and Jason Bond) say that they will release a full level editor and Steam Workshop support later this year. They will also be working on updates based on player feedback.
Fallen Aces: Episode 1 will have a launch price of just $9.99, with it going up to $12.99 after the launch window is over. The announcement says that this "Early Access" price will get you the "full game and everything we're gonna do with it for the next few years." I am taking this to mean that for $10 you will also get access to Episode 2 and Episode 3 at no added cost. They do note that the next two Episodes will go up in price, so buy in early.
