Square Enix released the official benchmark tool for Final Fantasy 14: Dawntrail. This is the latest benchmarking tool for the MMO and a great way to see how your system will handle the graphical improvements coming to the game when Dawntrail is released on July 2, 2024.

This benchmark tool offers users the ability to create a character. You can alternatively import your existing character of yours, which will be seen during the benchmark's real-time cutscenes. This character creator does allow you to create a female Hrothgar, the new playable race coming with the launch of Dawntrail. You'll be able to save the created characters to be used in the Windows version of the game.

This benchmark offers support for up to 4K resolution, includes the upcoming graphical updates, includes 5.1 channel surround sound support, and even multilingual support.

After the benchmark ends, you will be given a score of 0 up to over 15,000. Obviously, the higher the number, the better your system will be able to handle running Final Fantasy 14: Dawntrail will all of the bells and whistles set to max.
