Fallout 76 is turning five years old this month. To celebrate, Bethesda Game Studios is hosting a number of themed in-game events, a special Birthday Parade, and offering a variety of themed items for players to earn.

From now through to November 21, players that complete Daily and Weekly Challenges from the Birthday Challenge Event will be able to earn special themed rewards like Party Hats, C.A.M.P. decor, Cake, and more. The celebration begins with the Fallout 76 community team visiting private worlds to check out big parade floats that were created by members of the community. The parade is live starting at 3PM (ET) today (so it started about ten minutes ago as of this posting) and can be viewed via Bethesda's Twitch channel.

Those with Prime Gaming and Xbox Game Pass will also get extra bonuses.

Active Prime Gaming and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can pick up the Fallout 76 5th Birthday Bundle which includes exclusive C.A.M.P. items, a VTU Graduation Cap, and a celebratory Photomode frame as a free reward. This offer ends on January 17 for Prime Gaming and December 17 for Xbox Game Pass.
Who could have ever pictured that Fallout 76 would have lasted this long after its extremely rocky launch? This was the game that had issues ranging from "canvas" bags to a total lack of human NPCs. It was a game that some retailers tried to just give away. Now look at it, five years old and actually quite fun to play! The game has certainly made significant improvements since its release.
