Sable, the game in which you embark on a grand journey through an alien landscape, has just been released on the PlayStation 5. The game retails for $24.99 (USD) but there is a 25% discount until December 6, 2022 for those with PlayStation Plus.
This release coincides with a new free update for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC versions of the game.
Sable is described as a "coming-of-age experience." I never played it but it's very highly recommended by both critics and players. You play as Sable, a young girl that leaves home and travels across an alien world to complete a rite of passage. This world is full of old and decaying monuments of civilizations long gone, various ship wrecks, and other nomads on their own journeys.
This is Sable's first outing on PlayStation 5, but Xbox and PC owners also get a little something new today too. There is a new desert fishing mini-game added as well as a new Angler Mask.
If you happen to read this prior to 1PM (ET) on November 29, 2022, then you can pick up Sable on Steam for 50% off. It's probably also a safe bet to suggest it'll go on sale for the Steam Christmas sale as well.
