Broken controllers, holes in walls, excessive yelling and swearing.
While I'm sure we would all like to consider ourselves here calm, cool, and collected that might not always hold true when playing a frustrating game. Maybe you're having a particularly frustrating day, and nothing is going your way. Maybe your teammates (and totally not you) are doing terrible and you're losing a multiplayer game because of it. Maybe you just died for the 50th time to a boss that did some unblockable and totally BS move.
The question is: Have you ever raged when playing a game? You may not have thrown and broken a controller (they're expensive after all!), but maybe you yelled or screamed (to yourself or in voice). Maybe you swore a bunch. Or maybe you coped with it in some other unhealthy way.
Even if you raged before, let's just hope you didn't cross the line into having a full blown "heated gaming moment." 😬
Feel free to select the best fit choice and comment below what happened when you did, or did not, experience your own gamer rage.

I find playing against strangers online in fighting games to be extremely personal, my heart rate shoots through the roof and i start shaking, you put blood sweat and tears into learning the game then you lose to a button masher, or someone who is weirdly psychic, or just simply someone who is better than you and it's really demoralising, with Tekken 6 i broke an Xbox 360 headset and in the same session punched my leg in a way that bent my wrist and i couldn't use my hand properly for a week, Tag 2 was so amazing i generally had a great time but the rage came back with Tekken 7 and its much larger competitive scene, it pushed me harder and i had many instances where i boiled over, there's a large chip in my table from smashing a controller, in my biggest rage i sort of attacked the floor, rolling around screaming, elbowing, punching until i was very bruised, i felt worthless, and after raging i felt pathetic.
It's all very embarassing to talk about, but i want to because i never want to be like that again, i got angry at COD Vanguard for similar reasons as MW but i wasn't taking it as seriously, it was more just rolling my eyes as hard as humanly possible when BS happened, and i haven't really played a competitive game since then so i've been fine for a while.
I'm getting older, less capable, less patient, so i'm worried if i find another game to take seriously i'll be worse, or maybe i'll just give up faster but that won't feel good either, maybe i should just stay away from all competitive games :P.
Or maybe I was angrier when playing Counter-Strike 1.5 and believing everybody cheats. I think I played more chess while dead than any Counter-Strike, back when Steam was disgustingly green (both figuratively and literally).
...I'm totally voting calm as a cucumber........ Right after I smash this desk.
