CD Projekt Red just released the Android version of The Witcher Tales: Thronebreaker today. This is a freemium RPG set in The Witcher universe that combines "narrative-driven exploration with unique puzzle solving and turn-based battles."

You assume the role of Queen Meve of Lyria and Rivia as they are forced to join the fight themselves against a Nilfgaardian invasion.

This Android release features dedicated touch-screen controls designed for mobile play. There is also cross-save support if you were playing the game on other platforms. If you also play GWENT: The Witcher Card Game, you can get unique ornaments and 20 premium cards just for playing this game.

As this is a "freemium" game, you will be able to play the game up to a certain point. If you want to continue the story after said point, you will be able to purchase the full game in order to continue. You know, back in my day this business model used to be called shareware.

Edit: Now hold on just a damn minute here. What's the real title of this game? CD Projekt Red's own press release and Android page are calling it "The Witcher Tales: Thronebreaker" (and does so throughout the entire release), but everything else is "Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales." This is highly annoying. I'm going by what the Android page says and the press release says.

The PC version will release on GOG.com on October 23, while the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions launch on December 4.

Yes, Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales came out on GOG already, but it wasn't yet released on Steam. In fact, they never once mentioned that it would ever come to Steam and I even made a snarky comment about not holding your breath for it. And yet here we are. Today, Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales was released on Steam alongside a bunch of digital extras.
Digital goodies included with every Steam purchase:

Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales is Out Now on PC
      by Shawn Zipay
CD Projekt RED and GOG have released Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales today on the PC. It's exclusive to GOG, so you probably shouldn't hold out for a Steam version that doesn't exist. We just had a new trailer go up last week for Thronebreaker, so be sure to check that out. We also have a new launch trailer, found below.
“Today is the day I’ve been looking forward to for a while,” said Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz, Game Director of Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, CD PROJEKT RED. “The
