Marvel's Avengers opened up pre-orders today across all platforms. That naturally means we get to learn about all sorts of different bundles, editions, pre-order bonuses, and the like. If you thought there would just be one basic version available, you haven't been paying attention to games released in the past decade or more.
Thanks to a near four month long delay, Marvel's Avengers will be released on September 4, 2020 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Stadia, and PC via Steam. All of those previous links will direct you to the storefronts for each platform (save for Stadia), and each one should link you to the basic, bog standard version of the game for $59.99 (USD). What if you want something a little extra?
Then you'll want to check out the Marvel's Avengers Deluxe Edition. This bundle includes the game, an exclusive Obsidian Outfit pack (6 hero outfits), six exclusive Obsidian nameplates, and 72-hour early access to the game. The Deluxe Edition is available digitally for all platforms and retails for $79.98.
Now, what if you want even more? Then I sure hope you don't mind spending a pretty penny because Marvel's Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Edition retails for a hefty $199.99 (USD). This is a physical only release that can be purchased only from the Square Enix Store for either the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.

Those that pre-order Marvel's Avengers from select retailers will get either a limited edition pin set, patch set, digital comic book, or SteelBook designed by Marvel artist Mark Brooks. Pre-orders of the game also provide guaranteed access to the game's upcoming Beta, an exclusive nameplate, and a Marvel Legacy Outfit pack. The Legacy Outfit pack includes styles that "are inspired by moments from the comics that defined who each Super Hero was as they first embraced their powers to become the icons they are today."
BUT WAIT, THERE'S STILL MORE!
Those that pre-order Marvel's Avengers from the PlayStation Store will get even MORE pre-order bonuses. The Marvel's Avengers: Exclusive Digital Edition for the PS4 is also $69.99, falling between the standard version and the regular Digital Deluxe version. This include a Ms. Marvel "Talk to the Hand" emote and the "Marvel's Avengers: Hex Pattern Logo" dynamic theme. This special bundle also comes with an exclusive Ms. Marvel nameplate, and 1,000 credits that can be used towards buying Super Hero customizations. This PlayStation exclusive bundle also includes that 72-hour early access deal and even early access to the beta.
