A new trailer closes the Season of the Dragon and teases the reveal of a familiar location.

Last night at The Game Awards, Zenimax Online Studios brought a new Elder Scrolls Online trailer to the table. In this cinematic trailer, we get a good look at the beginning of the end for the current Season of the Dragon. This has been a year-long adventure for players that largely took place throughout the lands of Elsweyr.

While the focus of this season was on the tropical and desert filled Elsweyr, it looks like the next focus will take us back to a familiar location. At the end of the new cinematic trailer, we got a look at the lands of Skyrim and a familiar sounding tune. Some ominous words appear that suggest we will "explore the dark heart of Skyrim."

Sadly, we don't get much more from this teaser. However, we do know that it will be another year-long ever evolving content stream like Season of the Dragon was. We will get a much more full reveal on January 16 at 2PM (ET).
