Bandai Namco released another new trailer today for their upcoming anime-looking not-quite-Dark Souls action-RPG, Code Vein. Today's new trailer shows off yet another boss that will challenge players when the game releases on September 27, 2019 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

This boss is called the Successor of the Claw and it is one angry cat. In addition to some sharp claws, this boss also wields a giant blade and can pounce around the arena. As if that wasn't enough, the Successor of The Claw also attacks with a "powerful blazing shuriken." Also, it sets fire to everything.

Because some cats weren't vicious enough already.
