For days now, a number of L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files players have reported that they are unable to play the game that they purchased due to DRM authentication issues.
This issue was first spotted via the r/Vive section on Reddit and echoed on r/Games. The problem seems to be that the authentication servers are down, which leads to players being prompted to re-enter their product key despite their game already being activated previously.
An ever growing number of Steam user reviews seem to confirm that there is a major issue going on that is impacting those who purchased the game.
So far there has been no official response from Rockstar on this matter. Those who contacted support were told to try changing their DNS to something else, such as Google's public DNS. However, users have reported that this has not fixed their issue.
