Former S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Devs Announce New Battle Royale Game Fear the Wolves

Some of the former developers that worked on the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. franchise went on to form Vostok Games back in 2012. They then teamed up with Focus Home Interactive and together they will be releasing a new post-apocalyptic Battle Royale style game. Fear the Wolves was revealed today at the annual event "Le What's Next de Focus."

Set to be released in 2018 on PC and unspecified consoles, the devs promise that it will bring about some fresh and original ideas to the ever growing Battle Royale genre.

More details are supposedly being shown off to those that are at today's event. Look out for some Early Access coming later this year on the PC.

  Didn't some of the Stalker devs try to make another game, but there was a scandal where the game wasn't actually being made?
  Quick Google search tells me it was "Areal" but i can't be bothered reminding myself what happened, since then i've been very cautious whenever "Ex Stalker devs" is mentioned.

  At least with this one, it seems as though Vostok Games has already "released" at least one game, Survarium: http://store.steampowered.com/app/355840/Survarium/
  
  Though it's still classified as Early Access after three years and has mixed reviews.
