• Injustice 2 Online Beta for PC is Now Live

The PC beta for Injustice 2 kicked off today. It was originally expected to begin on October 25, but that has obviously come and gone. Even still, the beta is here now and runs through November 10. The full game is then expected to be released on November 14.

The beta is limited to 1v1 online fights as the purpose of the beta is to test the netcode on the PC prior to release. Makes sense. The beta does give access to all characters and stages. This includes all of the DLC content up through Raiden.

The system requirements, according to the beta's Steam page, can be found below. You can download the Injustice 2 online beta right now. Just keep in mind that this is an online only beta. Some of the "reviews" of the beta seem to not understand what "online only" or "beta" means.

Is it just me or are the system specs (minimum & required) lower than most other games coming out? I don't often check, so I may be wrong, but I feel like most of the time they recommend an i5 with a gtx 970. ... then again I know nothing of this game, either, so perhaps it isn't very demanding?

It probably helps that it's a fighting game, which usually means it's just two characters/models on screen in a single arena setting.
