A physical retail release of Hello Neighbor is coming on December 8 for $29.99 (USD) courtesy of Gearbox Publishing and tinyBuild. In fact, Xbox One owners can actually pre-order the game as early as today from select retailers in the United States. More U.S. and international retailers will be announced later on.In Hello Neighbor, you move into a brand-new suburb, where you discover your neighbor is hiding something in his basement. The only logical thing to do is to break into his house and figure out what he's hiding. Your main goal is to get into the Neighbor's basement and uncover his secrets, but be careful―the Neighbor is watching. Controlled by an advanced AI, the Neighbor assesses the player’s habits and invents unique ways to counter them. The more you play, the more complex the Neighbor’s tactics become.
According to the Gearbox Publishing page for Hello Neighbor, the current retailers seem to be limited to Amazon and GameStop. It should be important to note that Hello Neighbor is also coming out on the PC and can be pre-purchased through GOG or Steam.
