These requirements seem to be quite close to those for Battlefield 1. Chances are, if you can run Battlefield 1, you can probably run Andromeda. Mass Effect Andromeda is due out on March 21 for the PC, PS4, and XB1.
Also i'm fairly sure Bioware doesn't have a character artist anymore, everyone in the new game seems... uninspired?
