  • Fallout 4 VR Coming in 2017

    As part of tonight's E3 2016 conference from Bethesda, the studio revealed that a VR version of Fallout 4 is coming in 2017. In addition, those at E3 2016 will get a taste of VR with a special Doom VR experience.

    Fallout 4 VR will allegedly be for the HTC Vive and thus uses OpenVR. This means that it "should" also work with the Oculus Rift along with the Oculus Touch controllers. Due to the legal battle between Bethesda and John Carmack, I wouldn't expect to see Fallout 4 VR appearing on the Oculus Home Store.

        The first major wave of reviews are in for Starfield and, well, they aren't bad. They're not super great either but they certainly aren't bad.

        According to OpenCritic, Starfield currently sits at an average review score of 87% with 93% of all reviewers recommending the game. The scores for this one seem to range from as low as 50% to as high as 100% (or 10 out of 10 to be more specific).

        Oculus held their F8 event today during which they revealed two new and very different VR headsets. In comparison to the also just announced $1,000 Valve Index, these two Oculus headsets start at $400 (or $399 if you want to be specific), and that's the price for the full package on both of these.
