Windows Central noticed that Gears of War: Ultimate Edition was spotted on the Windows 10 Store earlier today. The entry has since been removed but it showed a near $1,000 (USD) price tag (I'm going to take a wild guess and say this won't be the final price) along with a description and system requirements.

16GB of RAM, a GTX 970, and it requires DirectX 12 for 1080p? Yeah, okay. What happened to DirectX 12 providing performance gains again? Or maybe that requirement is simply to force people to use Windows 10. Keep in mind that even looking at the minimum specs that this is a port of an Xbox One game, which itself is an update to an Xbox 360 game.
