Scattered throughout Los Santos are 27 "doses" of Peyote that you can pick up. Once your character picks them up, you will hallucinate that you are one of a handful of animals.
Animals like this seagull that lets you poop on people.
Or this dog.
Or this cat.
There are other animals that you can become. All you need to do is start finding the 27 Peyote locations that are now present in the game.
