That's awesome. I Am Bread is apparently an upcoming simulation style game from Bossa Studios, the same team that brought the world Surgeon Simulator.

Outside of this trailer, there isn't much known about this game at all. I mean, you're a piece of bread. What more do you really need to know (besides, price, platforms, and release date)?
