A new entry in the Dragon Quest series was announced tonight by Square Enix. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on who you are) the game isn't going to play like a traditional Dragon Quest title.

Instead it will be largely action focused and looks to play similar to an entry in the Dynasty Warriors franchise.
