Six Minutes of Gameplay Footage from Evolve

Kotaku managed to get some gameplay footage for Turtle Rock's upcoming 4v1 multiplayer shooter, Evolve. Earlier, we showed you the first non-gameplay trailer for the game. Sit back and relax as Kirk Hamilton fills up a third of the screen with overlay text while gameplay happens behind it.

I'm going to assume we're about to see other outlets posting some hands-on footage and impressions in the coming days and weeks.

Turtle Rock Ends Support for Evolve

Despite winning some fans back with the recent move to a free-to-play model, Turtle Rock is ending their support for Evolve. The end of the support is due to their contract coming to an end with 2K.

Turtle Rock issued the following statement to their fans.

Seems like the greater things you aspire to, the more time it takes. We had huge aspirations for Evolve, and while we got to spend five and a half awesome years on planet Shear with a ragtag group of Planet Tamers
