Guys, Microsoft and Twitch are super serial about it this time! For reals! The latest delay for being able to stream to Twitch from your Xbox One is now coming "in a few more months."

This news comes from a recent Tweet by Twitch on Twitter (say that 10 times fast). You can only, at present, watch Twitch streams through your Xbox One. That is in contrast to the PlayStation 4, which had streaming capabilities from its North American launch.
