You may have already seen this news posted once before. I'm bringing it back today in case you were unable to catch it ahead of a slight rollback I had to do yesterday (because of my own mistakes).
There is some great news this weekend for those eagerly awaiting the release of Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. First up is the new "Smoking Barrels" trailer that focuses on some of the weapons and gear you will get to use on your journey.
Next up is a new piece of high resolution artwork released for Stalker 2. One version of it can be found above, with another found below. Both images are 4K resolution, and I've uploaded both as jpg files instead of the normal webm to keep the quality a bit higher if you want to use either as a desktop background.
GSC Game World also shared a look at the various in-game items you will get if you pre-order Stalker 2. This includes a special suit, rifle, backpack, plus bonus songs and stories will be shared when getting cozy by the campfire.
Finally, Stalker 2 will be available on GeForce Now right at launch. This will allow you to play the game via the power of the cloud.
Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is set to be released on November 20, 2024 for PC and Xbox Series X|S. In case you missed it, the PC version of the game has some very reasonable system requirements to the point where even my ancient GTX 1080 Ti is listed for the "recommended" specs.
