Days ago, Rockstar Games officially announced that Red Dead Redemption will finally be released on PC on October 29. Sure, it's only taken 14 years, but it's nice that it's happening at all. Rockstar shared a few details in that initial announcement, but the price for this PC release wasn't yet known.

Today, the various storefronts where you can purchase Red Dead Redemption for PC have been updated with a price and the option to pre-purchase the game. That price is $49.99.

For $50, you will get Red Dead Redemption and the Undead Nightmare expansion. What isn't included in the release is the online multiplayer component for Red Dead Redemption. As mentioned, pre-orders are live and can be made through Steam, Epic Games Store, and Rockstar's website.

The PC release of Red Dead redemption offers native 4K support, 144Hz refresh rates, ultrawide and super ultrawide resolution support, full mouse and keyboard support, Nvidia DLSS 3.7 and AMD FSR 3.0 upscaling options, DLSS Frame Generation, and adjustable settings for draw distances, shadow quality settings, and more.

The new Nvidia 50 Series has officially launched.

The Nvidia RTX 50 Series is here with today's launch of the GeForce RTX 5090 and GeForce RTX 5080. Naturally, the cards all seem to be sold out already across online retailers and brick-and-mortar stores. This was probably expected because it basically happens every single time. You could always just hit up sites like eBay where you'll see either scalpers attempting to sell the card at a hefty premium, or you'll find people selling...

Nvidia Announces DLSS 5, Will Yassify Every Character Model
      by Shawn Zipay
      Yass queen, slaaaay.

Nvidia just announced DLSS 5 and are calling it their "most significant breakthrough in computer graphics since the debut of real-time ray tracing in 2018." While DLSS 5 seems to introduce better lighting in several scenes, it also seems to yassifies the hell out of character models. In almost all cases it looks like the "hire fans" shitposts made real.

Backing up a moment to what Nvidia says DLSS 5 is all about. The company says,...

Nvidia just officially released DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution to all Nvidia app users. DLSS 4.5 introduces an updated "2nd generation" transformer model for use with DLSS Super Resolution.

There was some initial confusion on how best to utilize the new Preset models within DLSS 4.5, but today's official release eliminates any confusion. If you set your "DLSS Override" option to...
