Nvidia Showcases Several Upcoming Titles Such as 007 First Light and Control Resonant with Path Tracing and DLSS 4.5
        by Shawn Zipay
        So pretty.

Nvidia dropped a news update today that shines a light on the truckload of upcoming games that will have ray tracing, path tracing, DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution, dynamic multi-frame generation, or support for some combination of all of those features.

This news from Nvidia offers up some of the first looks of these new technologies running in these titles. For instance, we get a nice showing of path tracing for IO Interactive's 007 First Light and Remedy Entertainment's...

RTX 5090, RTX 5080, and New Game Ready Driver Released by Nvidia
        by Shawn Zipay
The new Nvidia 50 Series has officially launched.

The Nvidia RTX 50 Series is here with today's launch of the GeForce RTX 5090 and GeForce RTX 5080. Naturally, the cards all seem to be sold out already across online retailers and brick-and-mortar stores. This was probably expected because it basically happens every single time. You could always just hit up sites like eBay where you'll see either scalpers attempting to sell the card at a hefty premium, or you'll find people selling...

Nvidia Announces DLSS 5, Will Yassify Every Character Model
        by Shawn Zipay
        Yass queen, slaaaay.

Nvidia just announced DLSS 5 and are calling it their "most significant breakthrough in computer graphics since the debut of real-time ray tracing in 2018." While DLSS 5 seems to introduce better lighting in several scenes, it also seems to yassifies the hell out of character models. In almost all cases it looks like the "hire fans" shitposts made real.

Backing up a moment to what Nvidia says DLSS 5 is all about. The company says,...

Eight Years Later PUBG Finally Adds DLSS Support
        by Shawn Zipay
Plus Wardogs, 007 First Light, and More.

Nvidia updated its list of DLSS-supported titles this week with a generous handful of new and updated games. Some games are getting DLSS 4.5 support, while at least one on the list, NBA 2K27, is the single title that receives DLSS 5 support.

The addition of DLSS to PUBG: Battlegrounds is perhaps the most notable inclusion in today's list. DLSS support for PUBG was first announced in August 2018 alongside the launch of Nvidia's...
