This is now 2B's second fighting game appearance.

The character of 2B from NieR: Automata sure does like making guest appearances in other games. Today, the YoRHa android was added to Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising. Not only is this another 2B guest appearance, but it's also the second fighting game 2B has appeared in. The first was 2018's Soulcalibur 6.

2B comes alongside the Version 1.21 update for Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising. This is the Arc System Works developed title currently available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and on PC via Steam. The update includes 2B, tie-in content from Princess Connect! Re: Dive, and several other adjustments or improvements to the core game.

If you want to play as 2B, you will have to spend some money as this is paid DLC. 2B will set you back $7.99. This purchase includes 2B, a 2B premium avatar, 2B badge, the Virtuous Contract weapon cutout, poses and expressions 1-6 for Figure Studio, and the YoRHa Uniform outfit for the original Granblue Fantasy mobile game (PS4/PS5 only). You could also just buy the Character Pass 1 or Deluxe Character Pass 1 to get 2B.

Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is also one of the main titles that will be featured at the Evolution Championship Series (EVO) 2024, which runs from July 19-21.
