Those of you've waiting for more Evil Dead in your life who did not jump on the newest game when it hit the Epic Games Store last year, can now pick up Evil Dead: The Game through Steam. Not only is this asymmetrical multplayer game now out on Steam, but it's the Game of the Year Edition, which is also now available across all platforms.
Evil Dead: The Game - Game of the Year Edition is out today on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via both the Epic Games Store and Steam. This release bundles together the base game along with all of the previously released DLC content in one package deal. This package normally retails for $49.99 (USD) but PC players will be able to grab this for a limited time at $32.99 on their preferred storefront.
This package includes the "Classics Bundle," "Army of Darkness Medieval Bundle," "Evil Dead 2013 Bundle," Hail to the King Bundle," and the "Immortal Power Bundle." All offer new playable Survivors and Demons, plus lots of new cosmetics. This release also includes the new "Who's Your Daddy Bundle" (also sold separately for $9.99) that includes a new playable Survivor and Demon characters, plus new outfits inspired by the STARZ TV series Ash vs Evil Dead.
- New Survivor – Brock Williams: Ash’s old man himself, Brock is immune to knockbacks and has several auras he can unleash to help his squadmates with his active skill. These auras change dynamically based on how many Williams family members are on the team.
- New Demon – Schemer: Based on the notorious demon boss Baal, the Schemer is a trap specialist who confuses Survivors with illusions. His Meat Puppets inflict increased damage with a variety of attacks based on the fear levels of the Survivors.
- New outfits for Ash, Amanda and Pablo.
