A new adventure awaits you in Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. Today, the Different Future expansion was released that takes players on a new adventure in this action-RPG from Square Enix.
This is the game's third, and presumably final, expansion. It's out now for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via the Epic Games Store. This expansion, developed once again in collaboration with Team Ninja from Koei Tecmo, will take Jack and crew on a trip to reach a city set in an alternative time and space. It is here that they will face "one last challenge." Also, your guide on this journey is a moogle spirit.
This expansion adds in new characters, new enemies, new Jobs, new gear, and new Blacksmith features. There's probably also a lot more Jack sass, which is a wonderful thing indeed.
Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin - Different Future is included with the game's Season Pass at no extra charge. This Pass can be yours for $24.99 (USD). Alternatively, you can get the Digital Deluxe Upgrade for $30, which also includes the Season Pass. The Season Pass also gives you access to Trials of the Dragon King and Wanderer of the Rift.
Strangely enough, there doesn't seem to be any way to purchase this expansion on its own. It's either all or nothing.
