Completion of the raid also unlocked new powers for all players.
King's Fall raid belt

Over the weekend, the race to see who could complete the latest Destiny 2 raid kicked off for King's Fall. This returning Destiny raid was brought over to Destiny 2's latest season, Season of Plunder, with some slight modifications from the original. As is common with these races, teams from all over the world were trying their hardest to be the first to complete the raid and all added challenges.

The King's Fall raid race was completed first by Clan Elysium. The six-person team dove into the Hive Dreadnaught, took down Oryx, and then did it all again with special challenges added to become the world's first full completion. As a result of their accomplishment, all six members of the team will receive physical World's First title belts that Bungie sends out.

This is Clan Elysium's third consecutive world's first race win in a row.

If you weren't part of the first team to complete the new raid, there are still some items you can get, but you'll have to pay for them. Those items include the King's Fall Raid Art Print, King's Fall Raid Pin, and the Kingslayer Seal Collectible Medallion Pin. For that last one you will need to complete the Kingslayer Seal and earn the Kingslayer title. All of these items are available through the Bungie Store.

If you are a player and don't care for any of those things, you can still benefit a bit from the raid completion. Upon completion of the raid, the final Arc 3.0 fragments were unlocked for players to use. You can head over to Ikora and buy these new fragments for Glimmer (in-game currency).
