We've already told you about Espire 2 and Ghostbusters VR, but there were a lot of additional games announced today during the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase 2022.
Now, as far as we are aware, everything here is totally coming out for the Meta Quest 2 at some point. We do not know at the moment if or when some of these will hit other VR platforms such as PlayStation VR, PlayStation VR2, or even PC VR. Other platforms have been included when possible.
What you'll find below are a number of new trailers for the games shown off during today's showcase. It's not that these are less worthy of a full news article, but rather they just didn't have much information associated with them or I did not receive a press release about them. So, enjoy these VR quasi-newsbits?
The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners Chapter 2: Retribution
Look for this new chapter to release on Meta Quest headsets in late 2022.
NFL Pro Era
A fully licensed NFL VR simulation game where you compete as the team's quarterback. A release date was not announced.
Among Us VR
You can wishlist this one right now. A release date for this is also not yet set. However, we do know for sure this one is also coming to PC VR and PlayStation VR, unless that's changed since the initial reveal.
Red Matter 2
You're tasked with escaping the Atlantic Union's base after waking up from the simulation that held your mind hostage in the first game. A release date of Summer 2022 was revealed.
Moss: Book 2
Guide a little mouse named Quill in this action-adventure title. This one was already released on PlayStation VR but will hit the Quest 2 this Summer.
Ruinsmagus
Play through over 25 story-driven RPG quests as you try to strengthen your guild with magic, resources, and wisdom. Look for this one in Summer 2022. You can wishlist on the Meta store or for PC VR on Steam.
Cities: VR
It's like Cities: Skylines but in VR.
Resident Evil 4 VR "The Mercenaries"
This content is actually available right now for free for those that own Resident Evil 4 VR.
Beat Saber: Electronic Mixtape
Deadmau5, Marshmello, Pendulum, and more are included in this new content. This will be out "soon."
Bonelab
The newest game reveal from the studio (Stress Level Zero) behind Boneworks. You will "descend into an unknown underworld lab" full of challenges and combat. This one is coming to the Quest 2 and PC VR via Steam.
