    Bloober Team just shared the first ever sneak peak at a new Layers of Fear game that the team is working on. It might be called Layers of Fear 3 or it might not. It's not clear yet. A new teaser trailer went live a short time ago today and showed off this new project running on Unreal Engine 5.

    The first Layers of Fear came out in 2016 and was a pretty good psychological horror title. Then there was some DLC for the first Layers of Fear, which was ok. Then came Layers of Fear 2 wasn't really all that great. It will definitely be interesting to see what direction they take the new Layers of Fear game.

    Speaking of this new game, there's really no extra information to share about it yet. It's probably super early in development and a long way away from release.

    Bloober Team also notes that they are also working on two AAA projects that have yet to be announced.

        Bloober released a new teaser trailer this weekend during IGN Fanfest for Layers of Fear. This is the game that was previously known as Layers of Fears. It can now either be called Layers of Fear or Layers of Fear (2023), which is not to be confused with Layers of Fear not from 2023 but rather from 2016.         The horror mashup is now released.

        Bloober Team and Anshar Studios just released Layers of Fear today for PC, "Apple Silicon Mac", PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. They say that this is one of the first horror games built from the ground up using Unreal Engine 5. They're also saying that this is the definitive way to experience the Layers of Fear games, be you a new player or someone that has played the previous games already.

        There will be some discounts for owners of the previous games.

        Layers of Fear (2023) from Bloober Team and Anshar Studios, will be priced starting at $29.99 (USD). There's also a Deluxe Edition for $34.99. Those that own Layers of Fear (2016) and/or Layers of Fear 2 will get an extra 30% discount. This discount period runs from launch day on June 15 through to June 29, 2023 and works through Steam.
