We'll get our first look at the game in about a year.

Ubisoft has been fairly quiet when it's come to how Far Cry 6 has been shaping up since its reveal last year. In fact, the only addition bit of information we got about the game was that it was being delayed until at least after March 2021.

That's all about to change come this Friday, May 28. Ubisoft will have a gameplay reveal that debuts at 9:30AM (PT). It is then that we will get our first good look at the latest installment of their open-world action franchise.

As a refresher, you will play as Dani Rojas, a revolutionary fighting back against the ruler of the fictional country of Yara. The ruler of Yara, Anton Castillo (portrayed by Giancarlo Esposito), is not that great of a person. Go figure. Aiding you on your journey will be a weiner dog in a wheelchair named Chorizo.
