Konrad Tomaszkiewicz was the director for The Witcher 3. He was recently accused of workplace bullying and has decided to leave CD Projekt Red as a result of the accusations.

Bloomberg says that CD Projekt Red has been looking into the accusations for multiple months. A committee was formed to investigate the allegations and found him to be not guilty. Despite these findings, Tomaszkiewicz decided to leave the company due to the friction between himself and other members of the studio.

"Nonetheless, a lot of people are feeling fear, stress or discomfort when working with me,” he wrote. He apologized to staff “for all the bad blood I have caused.

"I am going to continue working on myself,” he wrote. “Changing behavior is a long and arduous process, but I’m not giving up, and I hope to change."
Tomaszkiewicz joined CD Projekt Red in 2004 as a junior tester. He worked on all three Witcher titles in some capacity. He was the design director, VP of game development, secondary game director, and head of production for Cyberpunk 2077.
