All you need to do is head on over to the GOG giveaway page (scroll down a slight bit), log into your GOG account, and snag yourself a copy. Once you do that, it's yours to keep forever and ever.
Metro: Last Light Redux is an updated and slightly remastered version of the original non-Redux version of the game that came out in 2013. It serves as a sequel to the events in Metro 2033 and a prequel to the current Metro Exodus, which came out in 2019.
