Persona 5 Royal is out now for the PlayStation 4 and only the PlayStation 4. If you haven't already checked out our Persona 5 Royal review, you should do that. If you don't like reading anything at length, I can simplify the review to be: "5 outta 5. Amazing game. Buy now."

If you are already sold on picking up the game, chances are you have it downloaded and have maybe already started playing it today. If you haven't yet picked it up, you can do so through the PlayStation Store. This release is an updated version of the earlier Persona 5 release. It includes over 30 hours of new content, tons of newly added music, updated visuals, much better text translations, new characters, reworked dungeons, and so very much more. It is a full priced release at $59.99 (USD) with no upgrade path available if you own the first game.
