Aw rats!
A Plague Tale Innocence

A Plague Tale: Innocence is ready to be released on the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Actually, from the looks of it, the game is already out in most regions. I believe it unlocked starting around 6PM (ET), the same time the review embargo lifted for the game. Speaking of which, you should go read our review for A Plague Tale: Innocence.

As with all game releases, a launch trailer is now available that shows off a bit of what players can expect as they travel with Amicia and Hugo De Rune through war-torn, medieval France. Oh, and the rats. Did I mention the rats? There are a lot of them. They're quite nasty, more so than normal rats already are.

A Plague Tale: Innocence tells a grim and emotional story, with gameplay blending action and adventure. Follow Amicia and her little brother Hugo, as they attempt to survive a harsh, brutal world plagued by war and the Black Death. On the run from the Inquisition and surrounded by unnatural swarms of rats, the siblings’ rocky journey will not leave them unscathed.
