Well, Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition is essentially a "GOTY" pack. It includes the base game and all previously released content packs.

PlayStation Plus subscribers get a 20% discount on the pre-order of the game. However, it seems as though the pre-orders aren't yet available in all regions yet. Just keep an eye on your PlayStation Store in the upcoming days. Same deal for the Xbox Marketplace. I can't find it there right now either but it's coming.
