According to a sighting that was seen by Gematsu, Sunset Overdrive was rated for a PC release. The Korean ratings board issued this rating just today.

Sunset Overdrive was released for the Xbox One back in 2014. Thus far, a PC release has not yet been announced by either publisher Microsoft or the developer, Insomniac Games.
