Spawned as an offshoot of Fortnite and launched on September 26, 2017, Fortnite Battle Royale has already surpassed 10 million players. This free-to-play battle royale style game seems to have been a pretty safe bet for the team at Epic Games.Considering that just about a week ago we were talking about how Fortnite had hit 7 million players literally last week, that's not too shabby.
Available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Mac, Fortnite Battle Royale drops 100 players onto one giant map where their combat and building skills are put to the test and the last commander standing wins.
