A new report from a Sensor Tower Store Intelligence, a mobile analytics firm, show that mobile game revenues have grown 53% to $11.9 billion (USD).

The report shows that Google Play revenues increased 83% to $5.3 billion while Apple's App Store store grew just 35% to $6.6 billion. For the first quarter, the top overall mobile game in terms of downloads was Subway Surfers, which was also the top game on Google Play. The top game on the App Store was King of Glory.

The game that topped the revenue charts on both Google Play and the App Store was Monster Strike.
