We got some bits of news for you to finish out the day. How does that sound? Does it sounds good? Does it? It better.
• Jonathan Blow's The Witness was revealed to have a price point of $40 (USD) today. Fans were outraged, because Internet and apparently games they perceive as "Indie" shouldn't be the same amount that they spend per week on Doritos.

• There's a game where you can pretend you're in a B-movie from yesteryear. It's called The Deadly Tower of Monsters and it's out now on the PC and PlayStation 4. You can look at this trailer to get an idea for the game or find it on the PlayStation Network or Steam. Don't want either of those, then maybe visit the website? Also, your character's name is Dick Starspeed. Yeah. It's like $15 (USD), which is $25 less than The Witness.

Attractio is out now on the PS4, PS Vita, and Steam. From what I can quickly gather from the press release, this is a "physics-bending 3D puzzle game" from GameCoder Studios. You get "Gravity Boots" and a "Gravity Gun" to solve puzzles. Attractio is on Steam for $20 (USD), which is $20 less than The Witness.

Resident Evil Origins Collection is out now at retail stores. The collection includes both Resident Evil HD Remaster and Resident Evil 0 HD Remaster in one package. Also, Resident Evil 0 HD Remaster is out on its own digitally. The retail two-pack is $39.99 (USD), which is pretty much the same price as The Witness. Alternatively, you can purchase Resident Evil 0 HD Remaster for $19.99, which is a whopping $20.01 less expensive than The Witness.

Life is Strange has a triple release today. First is word that the limited edition retail release is now out in stores alongside a standard boxed edition. The standard edition includes all five episodes. The LE includes all five episodes, director's commentary, a 32-page art book, and 14 licensed tracks plus eight additional tracks from the game's composer, Jonathan Morali. If you already owned the game digitally, an update released today adds in the director's commentary. The Limited Edition is $40 on PC, XB1, or PS4. That's twice as much as one half of The Witness.
