It's that time of the month again! No, not that time, the other time of the month! It's the time in which we find out what "free" games we get with our subscriptions to PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Games with Gold! I can't remember what we started with last month, so I'm just going to say we start with the Xbox Live Games with Gold this time.

Xbox Live Games with Gold for March 2019...

Total Gaming Network's Top Games of 2016

2016 was one hell of a year for all the wrong reasons. Due to the always wonderful Electoral College, The United States elected a white supremacist backed jackass as the president elect for the next four years. Hell, the entire election was an unquestionable train wreck for everyone involved. The Internet turned a tragedy into a terrible meme after a gorilla had to be put down at the Cincinnati Zoo. A young boy was killed by an alligator at Walt Disney World. There has been an increase in hate crimes against minority groups within the United States and throughout Europe. Ter...

  • The Witness Patch to Bump to 1440p and 60FPS on PlayStation 4 Pro

    in News

The Witness Patch to Bump to 1440p and 60FPS on PlayStation 4 Pro

Jonathon Blow, the lead designer behind the puzzle focused game The Witness, announced that he is readying a patch for the game that will bump the game up to 1440p resolution and 60 frames-per-second.
The Witness already runs at a consistent 60fps on the base PlayStation 4, so rather than increasing frame rate, our patch is about visual quality. Please don't take the specifics mentioned here as absolute promises; things might change by release. But here's what we are aiming for: When you start up the game on a PS4 Pro, it will go into one of two mode

Looking Ahead: 2016's Most Anticipated Video Games

2015 is dead and over with. Hell, we're already a month deep into 2016 at this point. Even still, we have about 11 months of game releases to look forward to. What better time than right now to put up a quick entry about what games I'm looking forward to in 2016? These all aren't games that I'm like dying to play. These are a mix of games that I'm super excited to play and also some that I'm merely interested in seeing how they turn out for one reason or another. Just for the hell of it, I'll even include the games that came out in January since I'm so terr...

The Witness is Being Heavily Pirated Claims Creator

Jonathan Blow made some comments on Twitter (via GI.biz) earlier that finds the Indie developer questioning his future in the industry. The culprit is once again the industry boogeyman, piracy.
It seems The Witness is the #1 game on a certain popular torrent site. Unfortunately this will not help us afford to make another game!

I'm glad that a lot more people will be experiencing the game! But I also want to be able to make another comparable game next! Just sayin'.
Blow also mentioned how he doesn't really like to use DRM, but he is c...

  • #NewsBits for January 26, 2016 - Quantum Break, $40, Final Fantasy, and Ghost Theory

It's release day. Rather, it's the day of the week in which most games are released. That is otherwise known as "Tuesday" for most everyone else. I say that this is the day that games are most often released, but that's not always true either. There's a lot of crap on Steam that doesn't give a damn for your traditional release days. We also have Nintendo out there just throwing caution to the wind and releasing games on the weekend. Nintendo don't give a damn! I give a damn, though. I give so much of a damn that I'm giving you another NewsBits today. It's full of ...
