Metal Gear Online PC Beta Begins Tomorrow (January 12) #QuickHits

A beta for Metal Gear Online on the PC will begin tomorrow, January 12 at 10PM (PT). Konami announced this tonight via Twitch alongside showing off a new work-in-progress multiplayer map for MGO. You will be able to opt-in to the beta through the Steam properties for Metal Gear Solid V. This is open to everyone that owns the game on the PC.

No word yet on if stats will reset after the beta, nor any clue as to when the non-beta version will be released following this test.

  Heads up, there is still an opt in beta option for a version 1.0.6.0, don't enable that as it's a previous version of the game and your game will stop working, for some reason it hasn't been removed. For reference MGS5 is currently 1.0.7.0.
